Discounted products, clearance products and gift accessories are final sale items and do not support returns or refunds.
2.2 Return Application Process

3. Customers need to use trackable logistics methods to return the goods;

2.3 Shipping Fee Rules

2.5 Damaged & Defective Products
If the product is damaged, leaked or defective when delivered, customers need to take photos of the product and package within 48 hours after receipt, and send them to fnapmvicti14@hotmail.com for verification. After confirmation, we will provide free replacement or full refund service.
2.6 Exchange Service
We do not support direct product exchange services. If you need to replace the product, please return the original order and place a new order independently.
